If for any reason your Sienna Suitcase isn’t quite right, we’ve made returns simple and stress-free.
You have 30 days from delivery to return your suitcase for a full refund – completely free of charge.
We just ask that your suitcase is in its original condition and packaging, and hasn’t been used for travel. It’s absolutely fine to open it, inspect it, and decide – we want you to feel confident before you commit.

with your order number. We’ll send you a return authorisation and guide you through the next steps.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 2 business days of receiving and inspecting the item.

Your suitcase is built to last – and we stand behind it for life.
Every Sienna Suitcase is backed by our unlimited Lifetime Warranty, giving you full peace of mind on every journey. Subject to fair use and our reivew.
If anything ever goes wrong due to a fault in materials, engineering, or craftsmanship, we will repair or replace your suitcase – quickly, fairly, and completely free of charge.
What’s covered?
Everything that matters: wheels, handles, locks, zips, structural frames, aluminium panels – even functional dents that stop your suitcase from working properly.
If it affects the way your suitcase performs, we’ll fix it – or replace it.
Shipping both ways is always included. A small 10% restocking fee applies to cover our handling.
Making a claim is simple:
Just email us at info@siennasuitcases-com-991933.hostingersite.com with your order number (or warranty certificate) and a brief description of the issue.
Our team will take care of everything.
What’s Covered
-Wheels, handles, or zips that stop functioning
-Telescopic handles that jam or break
-Dents or impact damage that affect the suitcase’s functionality (e.g. can’t open or close properly)
-Structural faults from normal use
-Free repairs or full replacements
-All shipping costs for valid warranty claims
What’s Not Covered
-Cosmetic wear and tear such as scratches, minor dents, or surface marks — aluminium naturally develops a unique patina over time.
-Locked luggage due to forgotten lock combinations (though we’ll help you regain access).
-Items marked as “used,” “as is,” or discounted stock.
-Airline damage (unless you have followed the airline’s official claim process — see below).
-Damage from misuse or airline mishandling (file with them first)
Airline Damage Support
Aluminium luggage is tough – but airlines can be tougher.
If your suitcase is damaged during a flight, please follow the airline’s official damage claim process.
Most airlines require damage to be reported and photographed at the airport, often before leaving the arrivals area.
In most cases, airlines will cover the damage when their process is followed correctly.
But if you do everything right and the airline still refuses your claim, we’ll step in. We’ll assist if the airline denies a valid claim, at our discretion.
Just send us:
A copy of the report submitted to the airline
• Proof that it was filed within the required timeframe
• Their written denial of your claim
• 7 days for reporting to align with airline reporting timelines
Our Promise
We use only premium materials, with reinforced aluminium corners and secure locking frames designed for real travel.
Scratches and small dents are normal signs of adventure – not defects.
But if any dent or damage ever interferes with the function of your suitcase, it’s covered under warranty.
We’re here to help where we can. We’re a new Aussie brand committed to quality. Warranty void if tampered with or proof of purchase is missing–as our team reviews all claims fairly.
